Karen Nyhart is a United Methodist ordained clergy and has served with congregations in Texas and Kansas. She is certified and trained in Spiritual Direction and Christian Education, and has a degree through Southern Methodist University Perkin's School of Theology. Karen is also a member of Spiritual Directors International.

Karen is married to Scott, has three adult children, one grandchild, and currently lives in San Diego, California. Her hobbies include walking, kayaking, Pilates, quilting, going to the beach, hanging out with family and friends, and exploring local coffee shops.
